WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLIMENT

Garcinia cambogia is a sweet, small tropical tree fruit. It contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), that has been making news in the supplement industry for years now.
Here's why:
Studies show that HCA can block the activity of citrate lyase. It is this enzyme that converts sugar and starch into fat. This means that if this enzyme is blocked, carbs will be turned into energy immediately rather than getting stored as fat. So if you are on religious fat-loss routine there's less to burn, making the whole process quicker.
That's not all HCA can suppress appetite as well. But not in a bad way. Something which a stimulate-based diet pill does. Rather, it increases your satiety levels quicker, making you eat less.
Plus because of all the metabolic changes HCA can elevate serotonin levels- the happy hormone. This means you are most likely to get less cranky mood fluctuations.
Now here's how you should be taking it:
Take something with a minimum preparation of 50%. With that potassium and/or magnesium should be there too
Lower the lactone content the better
Be sure to take an adequate dose. Studies say 1.5 g, three times per day before meals is good
Take the preparation on an empty stomach, i.e., 30-60 minutes before each meal.
